Environmental spray equipment - working principle
The environmental protection spray equipment is a high-tech humidification system independently developed and produced by our company. It utilizes a plunger pump to pressurize the water purified by a filter to approximately 30-70kg/cm2. The pressurized water is transported through a high-pressure thick-walled pipeline to the "ultra-fine" nozzle for atomization, and then rapidly rotates, spraying ultra-fine mist particles of μM size throughout the space for diffusion.
Environmental spray equipment - dust removal principle
The spray dust removal equipment is also known as a cold mist boiler abroad. This equipment features a nozzle that can generate small atomized water droplets. A high-pressure piston pump pressurizes tap water or demineralized water to 7 MPa and utilizes the potential energy during water delivery to atomize the water into small droplets. Through rotating high-speed jets or colliding with specially shaped impact pins, the water mist captures dust in the air, increases its weight, and sinks to the ground. This is the spray process of the spray dust removal equipment.
Dust removal effect:
1) Within the range of influence of the mist, the high-speed flowing fine water mist molecules collide with floating dust particles, causing the dust particles to wet and sink under the influence of gravity;
2) The high-speed flowing mist attracts the dusty air around and makes it wet and sink within the mist;
3) Wet and bond the settled dust particles to prevent them from flying, achieving the effect of dust removal!
Environmental spray equipment - cooling principle
The spray cooling equipment utilizes the company's core water treatment technology. The tap water is pressurized by a motor-driven high-pressure pump (through 0.002μm physical technology treatment) and sprayed out through dedicated pipelines and nozzles. After mixing with the air, it instantly absorbs the heat from the air, disperses it, and achieves the effect of spray cooling. The operation and stop of the motor are controlled by an electrical control system. The nozzle produces droplets with a diameter of micrometers, which disperse in the air and evaporate, carrying away the surrounding heat and rapidly cooling the surrounding air, thus achieving the cooling effect.
Principle of odor removal and disinfection of environmental protection spray equipment
The spray deodorization equipment utilizes the company's core water treatment technology, extracting tap water + plant deodorizing agents or disinfectants. Through (micron physical and technical processing), a motor-driven high-pressure pump pressurizes the water, which is then sprayed out through a dedicated stainless steel pipe and atomizing nozzle to achieve an aerosol effect. The rapid evaporation, adsorption, and decomposition of pollution factors by mist particles realize multiple effects such as deodorization, disinfection, dust removal, and cooling. It can also remove trace amounts of solid dust from the air, improving air cleanliness. The operation and stop of the motor are controlled by an electrical control system. The micro-mist deodorization system is widely used in garbage dumps and livestock farms for deodorization, disinfection, mosquito repellent, and other purposes!
Process route of spray deodorization and disinfection equipment
Filtration system → tap water + deodorant/disinfectant → atomization system → high-pressure pipeline → vaporization of deodorant or disinfectant → achieving the purpose of deodorization/disinfection
Spray deodorization system applicable places: garbage transfer stations, landfills, aquaculture, crop farming, wastewater treatment plants, quarantine stations, chemical plants, and other places with odor or requiring disinfection
Applicable industries: garbage compression stations, garbage incineration stations, landfills, sewage treatment plants, sludge treatment plants, wineries, organic fertilizer processing plants, septic tanks, livestock farms, fermentation workshops, dyeing factories, and other places requiring odor control.
